Doing something a bit different this week. For the past few months, I have been developing a new docuseries with a few of my regular collaborators and with Rab McEachern from the Bruichladdich Distillery. But here’s the twist: it’s not about whisky. I mean, it’s sort of about whisky, but it’s really about nature, life, and sustainability in the most remote parts of Scotland.
