The Super Heroes of Whiskey Network

We are now several months into an exciting journey at Whiskey Network. Following our upgrade to a new platform, we’ve been on a wild ride of transformation and growth. I must admit that I’ve gone through a wide range of emotions sitting in the hot seat. It’s a moment for me to stop and consider how far we have come, and what the road ahead looks like.

Running something like Whiskey Network is a complex endeavor, but I wouldn’t change a thing about our story so far. We are growing at an unbelievable pace, and that brings me to my first point. I’m ultimately thankful for the Whiskey Network audience. This place thrives and grows because of you!

I’m also keenly aware that we have a group of superheroes working for us! They use their superpowers to breathe life into Whiskey Network every month. I am humbled watching them do their thing every month. So, my second point is to express my gratitude to these hardworking people:

I need to also acknowledge a close-knit group of people who serve the inner engine of Whiskey Network. Genevieve Keller is my stalwart partner in all things design and web-related sorcery. Brian G. Miller serves as an equally important partner in making our content the best it can be. I’d be remiss in not calling out our social media guru Trinity Ables. She’s the one who coordinates all the promotional posts, so you hear about the incredible content we are offering. Along with that, Sunish Vengathattil graces us with his technical expertise.

Finally, I offer my thanks and gratitude to Bill Varnell and Chad Cadden as co-owners of the parent company to this operation. As our publisher, Bill has become a strong collaborator and close friend.

I think you now understand just how big and complex this operation has become. It’s a wonderful thing to see and experience!

On that note, I want to let you know that we’ll be going dark for new content until November 30th. We want our team to enjoy time with family, friends, and whiskey at this lovely time of year.

Cheers, and Happy Thanksgiving!
