Santa is done for this season, but you can still get your fill of Very Olde St. Nick (VOSN). Preservation Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky recently announced a new edition to its VOSN collection: Very Olde St. Nick Winter Maple. It’s a blend of bourbon and rye whiskies that are between four and seven years old and finished with maple and French oak.
Tasting notes from the distillery: “…the infusion of sweet maple, punctuated by the richness of the whiskeys.”
