Happy Cinco de Mayo, aka, first day of Margarita season! A very important day in the history of Mexico, taking back control of their land from France. Let’s raise a Margarita to our neighbors to the South. And thank you for this very versatile cocktail. Try the addition of jalapeño and cilantro, I highly recommend it. ¡Salud!
