Take the time to savor the sweet floral nectar, paired with delicious ripe blueberries, then drift away to a coastal dreamland near a charming spring garden.

Equipment

  • Muddler Tool
  • Cocktail Mixing Glass
  • Fine Mesh Strainer
  • Skewer For Garnish

Ingredients
  

  • 2.25 oz Glenglassaugh
  • .75 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 10-12 Ripe Blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Muddle blueberries in a cocktail mixing glass
  • Fill mixing glass with ice
  • Add Glenglassaugh and Elderflower Liqueur
  • Stir until well chilled
  • Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube
  • Garnish with skewered blueberries
