Any margarita is the perfect summer cocktail, but double down with watermelon juice and it becomes the undisputed champion. I prefer a split base of tequila and mezcal in this flavor combination. But you can double up on the tequila if you haven’t found a deep appreciation for mezcal yet. However, please don’t skip the Chamoy; it’s absolutely delicious! For an extra treat, sprinkle lime juice, Chamoy and Tajín on any leftover watermelon, you can thank me later. ¡Salud!
