I have been a fan of the Heaven Hill brand products for quite some time. I remember visiting the distillery and learning about their process on a trip to Kentucky a few years ago. However, I must admit this is the first time trying the Heritage Collection. Heaven Hill releases a very limited highly-aged whiskey each spring. These whiskeys come from the distillery’s oldest stock and this is no exception. Each Release in the Ultra-premium collection features one of Heaven Hills six traditional mash bills. Heaven Hill is one of the only Heritage distilleries to produce this range. This 2025 edition features Heaven Hill’s Wheat Whiskey mash bill.
As you will see in the tasting notes, this is a stellar ultra-premium whiskey!
