Louisville’s Barrell Craft Spirits (BCS) has launched its Barrell Full Proof, what it describes as “its first one-of-a-kind full proof bourbon blend.” The expression is a blend of three straight bourbon whiskeys from Indiana, Tennessee, and Kentucky.

Blend: Straight bourbon whiskeys from Indiana (16 & 18-year), Tennessee(16 & 17-year), and Kentucky (11 & 20-year)
ABV: 61.5%
Mash bill: Corn (78%), rye (11%), and malted barley (11%).
SRP: $199.99 per 750 ml bottle.
Tasting notes (from the distillery): Notes of hazelnut, chocolate, tobacco, and leather.
