Attention fans of Kiwis (the bird), Kiwis (native New Zealanders), or Kiwis (the delicious fruit), this cocktail is for you. I have not had the pleasure of visiting New Zealand yet, but my overall impression of the landscape is one of perpetual summer and good times.
I found it easy to find inspiration for a recipe to showcase Broken Shed New Zealand Vodka, and their number one horticulture export, the Kiwifruit. After all, what grows together, goes together, so this pairing is a perfect match. Add a little citrus, a floral note, and splash of soda for a refreshing, and crushable Kiwi adventure.
