Rabbit Hole Distillery is commemorating horse racing season in Louisville this year with Raceking, “a limited 6-year edition bourbon inspired by the bold spirit, precision, and pageantry of horse racing, with a special Raceking exhibit.”

Mash bill: “Five-grain mash bill, completely original to Rabbit Hole, incorporates two varieties of chocolate malts (wheat and barley), increasing the depth and complexity of flavor.”
Tasting Notes (from the distillery):
Aroma: Rich toffee, toasted almonds, finishing with hints of brown sugar
Palate: Roasted espresso beans, cocoa, caramel with notes of clove and cardamom
Finish: Tobacco and leather, finishing with lingering notes of dark chocolate
