Yellowstone Bourbon is adding a new member to the family. Six-year-old Small Batch 107 is the only Yellowstone expression with an age statement on the bottle. The 107 proof bourbon is the highest proof bourbon to come from the Lebanon, Kentucky distillery.
“The higher proof brings out more flavors, and by non-chill filtering Small Batch we created a much more full-bodied product than a lower-proof chill filtered bourbon,” said Yellowstone Founder and Master Distiller Stephen Beam. “It’s the perfect addition to our family of offerings.
