
Jackson Purchase Distillery has moved up the ranks in its membership in the Kentucky Distillers’ Association (KDA). The organization announced this week that the Hickman, Kentucky distillery is now considered a “Heritage” level member, meaning that it ages more than 50,000 barrels per year.
The KDA said that Jackson Purchase Distillery, founded in 2021, is one of the state’s fastest growing distilleries. It is a contract distilling services and sell new-fill barrels to craft brand, distillers, and other companies.
