As the professional football season heads to its championship game, Knob Creek bourbon and NFL star Eli Manning are teaming up for their final offering: Knob Creek Single Barrel Cask Strength Bourbon, Eli Manning’s Bold Pick: 2026 Batch.
Manning hand-selected the cask-strength expression, with an assist from Freddie Noe, at the James B. Beam Distilling Co. in Clermont Kentucky.
