Three Chord Jam Session
Equipment
- 1 Mixing Glass
- 1 Rocks Glass
- 1 Strainer
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Three Chord Bourbon
- 1/4 ounce Amaro (Averna Amaro used here)
- 1/2 ounce Brown Sugar Syrup
- 1 tbsp Peach Jam
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
- Stir vigorously for 20 seconds
- Double strain over a large cube in a rocks glass
Brown Sugar Syrup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Boiling water
Instructions
- Place brown sugar into a bowl, add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
- Bring to room temperature or chill.
- Save for later use in cocktails.
