Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Glass
  • 1 Rocks Glass
  • 1 Strainer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces Three Chord Bourbon
  • 1/4 ounce Amaro (Averna Amaro used here)
  • 1/2 ounce Brown Sugar Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Peach Jam

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
  • Stir vigorously for 20 seconds
  • Double strain over a large cube in a rocks glass
