Ingredients
- 2.25 oz Seven Seals Peated Port Wood Finish Single Malt Whisky
- 0.5 oz Pinot Noir Wine Syrup
- 4-5 dashes Chocolate Bitters
- Le Gruyère or Emmentaler Swiss made cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail mixing glass.
- Fill mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a small coupe glass.
- Garnish with cheese
Pinot Noir Syrup

Ingredients
- 6 oz Pinot Noir Wine
- 6 oz Granulated Sugar
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan over low medium heat.
- Stir gently until the sugar dissolves, then remove from heat.
- This will only take a few minutes, do not let the mixture simmer/boil.
- Pour syrup into an airtight container and bring to room temperature or chill, for use in cocktails.
- Store in the refrigerator.
