Pinot Noir Wine Syrup

Chocolate Bitters
Le Gruyère or Emmentaler Swiss made cheese for garnish
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a cocktail mixing glass.
Fill mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
Strain into a small coupe glass.
Garnish with cheese
