This low-ABV cocktail highlights the KISS flavor-punching New York Style Cold Gin, balanced with citrus and agave to put you in the spirit, and keep you there all night long. Raise a glass, and a hard rock hand to “The Hottest Band in the World.”
Rock n' Roll All Nite
Equipment
- Cocktail shaker
- Hawthorne Strainer
- Jigger
Ingredients
- 1 oz KISS New York Style Cold Gin
- 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth (I used Dolin)
- 0.5 oz Agave Syrup
- 0.25 oz Lemon Juice
- 3 oz Club Soda
- 1 bar spoon Crème de Cassis or Grenadine
- Lemon wheel and mint for garnish
Instructions
- Add Gin, Vermouth, Agave and Lemon Juice to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake until well chilled
- Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice
- Top with club soda
- Gently pour a bar spoon of Crème de Cassis or Grenadine over the top
- Garnish with lemon wheel and mint
