Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Hawthorne Strainer
  • Jigger

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz KISS New York Style Cold Gin
  • 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth (I used Dolin)
  • 0.5 oz Agave Syrup
  • 0.25 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3 oz Club Soda
  • 1 bar spoon Crème de Cassis or Grenadine
  • Lemon wheel and mint for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add Gin, Vermouth, Agave and Lemon Juice to a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake until well chilled
  • Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice
  • Top with club soda
  • Gently pour a bar spoon of Crème de Cassis or Grenadine over the top
  • Garnish with lemon wheel and mint
