Valentine’s Day can be silly and fun for all, so whip up some pink cocktails and raise a glass to everyone you love!
Ever Fallen In Love?
Course Cocktails
Equipment
- Cocktail shaker
- Coupe or Nick and Nora glasses
Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka
- .5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 1.5 oz Strawberry Syrup
- .75 ounce Egg White You can substitute aquafaba for a vegan option
- .25 oz Lemon Juice
- Chocolate candies, gummy hearts, or edible glitter for garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktailshaker and dry shake for 10 seconds.
- Add ice to shaker, and shake ingredients again till well chilled.
- Pour into a coupe or Nick and Nora glass, and garnish.
- Enjoy with your valentine or bestfriends!

Strawberry Syrup
Course Syrups and Garnishes
Equipment
- Saucepan
- Fine Mesh Strainer
- Airtight Container
Ingredients
- 8 oz Strawberries
- 1.25 cups Water
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium high heat, reduce to a low simmer for 20 minutes.
- Using a fine mesh strainer, pour liquid into an airtight container and bring to room temperature.
- Chill for use in cocktails. Store in the refrigerator.
