Instructions
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium high heat, reduce to a low simmer for 20 minutes.
Using a fine mesh strainer, pour liquid into an airtight container and bring to room temperature.
Chill for use in cocktails. Store in the refrigerator.
