Coconut Empire

Empress 1908 Gin has totally knocked it out of the park with the new Cucumber Lemon Gin release. Immediately I wanted to coconut fat-wash this bright new gin expression. And let me say, Wow! My impulse completely paid off. Fat-washing is a very easy process. The addition of coconut notes plus the creamy mouthfeel elevates this gin to a brand new dimension.
