In a medium saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat
Add bottle of Empress Cucumber Lemon Gin, and stir to incorporate
Transfer liquid to an air tight container, and let rest at room temperature for 24 hours
Move the container to the freezer for 24 hours
Remove from the freezer and pour liquid through a fine mesh strainer and funnel back into the reserved bottle Empress bottle (be sure to label it)
Store at room temperature or in the refrigerator
