This is it, the perfect summer party cocktail! Easy to make, delightfully refreshing, low in calories (less than 150), and totally delicious! I managed to snag a bottle of Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum, along with some airline-sized bottles of their Rum Creams. I was trying to think up a fun new recipe for the Coconut Rum, then I thought, “What if I just use these bottles together?”
No special equipment necessary, just a jigger (or you can simply measure with your heart), which allows you to mix them up literally anywhere. In the sand, on the back of a tailgate, on a boat, or even a raft. Blue Chair Bay Rum has 11 different flavored spirits that you can mix and match for dozens of different tasty combinations. Try any of the tropical flavors together, you absolutely can’t go wrong. Every combination is a winner. It’s like magic. So long Ranch Water, the tide has come in, and Sea Water is on the dock!

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum
- 0.75 oz Blue Chair Bay Banana Rum Cream (or try Mango, Key Lime or Pineapple)
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- 3-4 oz Club Soda
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- Pour Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum, Rum Cream, and lime juice into your cup
- Add a pinch of salt, and stir to incorporate
- Add ice, and top with club soda
- Garnish with lime if desired
