  • Strainer
  • Ice

Ingredients
  

  • 50 ml Ardbeg 10 Years Old
  • 25 ml Sweet Vermouth use cacao nib infused vermouth for extra depth of flavor
  • 25 ml Palo Cortado Sherry
  • 7.5 ml Pimento dram Jamaican rum allspice liqueur

Instructions
 

  • Stir ingredients together and strain into an Ardbeg glass over ice.
