A Moment in Thyme
Equipment
- Cocktail shaker
- Nick and Nora or Coupe Glass
Ingredients
- 2 oz Seven Seals Port Wood Finish Single Malt Whisky
- 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Medium Egg White you can substitute Aquafaba for a vegan option (canned chickpea water)
- Lemon twist for garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 10 seconds.
- Add ice to shaker, and shake ingredients again till well chilled.
- Pour into a coupe or Nick and Nora glass, and garnish.
