Blackberries

Fresh Thyme

Water

Granulated Sugar

Vanilla Extract

Salt
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium high heat.
Reduce to a low simmer for 20 minutes.
Using a fine mesh strainer, pour liquid into an airtight container.
Bring to room temperature or chill, for use in cocktails.
Store in the refrigerator.
