- 1 large Onion minced
- 1 cup Carrots minced
- 1 cup Green Peas
- 1/2 cup Chorizo
- 1/2 cup Chicken Bits Scraps from meat while deboning
- 1/2 cup Porcini Mushrooms chopped
- 1/2 cup Roasted Red Bell Peppers pureed
- 4 cup Steamed Rice
- 1.5 oz Bourbon I used Benchmark Old No 8 for its sweetness and orange notes
- Canola Oil as needed
- Salt and Pepper to taste
