Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Fully Smoked Brisket
  • 12 oz Bourbon

Instructions
 

  • Place smoked brisket and bourbon in an airtight container
  • Let rest in the refrigerator for 24 hours
  • Strain through a paper coffee filter into an airtight container
  • Store in refrigerator
