Cinnamon Syrup

Equipment

  • Small Saucepan

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Cane Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 stick Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, bring water and sugar to a simmer
  • Remove from heat, and add the half cinnamonstick.
  • Let rest for 10 minutes, then remove cinnamon stick and bring to room temperature or chill, for use in cocktails.
