Pour a small pile of furikake into a shallow dish
Brush a square of furikake syrup onto the side of a rocks glass
Roll the brushed syrup into the furikake blend, then add a large ice cube
Add all cocktail ingredients to an empty cocktail mixing glass
Add ice and stir until well chilled
Strain into the rimmed glass
