Ingredients

Lemongrass
chopped

Cane Sugar

Water
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a small saucepan, bring to a simmer over medium heat, lower heat to medium-low and continue to gently simmer for 5 minutes.
Strain into an airtight container and bring to room temperature or chill, for use in cocktails.
