White Vinegar
Instructions
Remove stems from persimmons, and place in an airtight container
Add sugar and use a potato masher to incorporate
Let rest in the refrigerator for 2-3 days, stirring daily to help dissolve the sugar
Stir in vinegar, then fine mesh strain into an airtight container
