Salvadoran Spritz

Equipment

  • Jigger
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Hawthorne Strainer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Ron Cihuatán – Jade (white rum)
  • 3 oz Coconut Water (not from concentrate)
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup (1:1,sugar to water)
  • Top with club soda
  • Fresh mint for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake until well chilled
  • Strain cocktail into a collins glass over fresh ice
  • Top with club soda
  • Garnish with fresh mint sprigs
