Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail shaker
  • 1 Lowball Glass or Short Tiki Mug

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/4 oz Empress Indigo Gin
  • 1/2 oz Falernum
  • 1/2 oz Cream of Coconut
  • 1/2 oz Passionfruit Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • Butterfly Tea Concentrate optional
  • Lemon Peel "ring" garnish
  • Pineapple leaves garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add Empress Indigo Gin, Falernum, Cream of Coconut, Passion Fruit Syrup and Lemon Juice to a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake it baby.
  • Strain into a fun lowball glass or short tiki mug filled with crushed ice
  • Gently float the Butterfly Pea Concentrate on top of the cocktail using a bar spoon.
  • Garnish with a lemon “ring” and pineapple leaves.
