Add Empress Indigo Gin, Falernum, Cream of Coconut, Passion Fruit Syrup and Lemon Juice to a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake it baby.
Strain into a fun lowball glass or short tiki mug filled with crushed ice
Gently float the Butterfly Pea Concentrate on top of the cocktail using a bar spoon.
Garnish with a lemon “ring” and pineapple leaves.
