  • Bar Spoon
  • Mixing Glass
  • Champagne flute
  • Coupe Glass optional

Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 oz Brut Champagne
  • 1 oz Bourbon
  • .75 oz Pineapple juice
  • .75 oz Cinnamon syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 sprig Rosemary for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add bourbon, pineapple juice, cinnamon syrup, and bitters to a cocktail mixing glass, and stir to incorporate.
  • Pour into a champagne flute or coupe glass
  • Top with Champagne
  • Garnish with the sprig of rosemary
