Hi there! Nice to Meat you, Kurvball Whiskey. Please let me introduce you to the most interesting “flavored whiskey” on the market. Invite Kurvball to your next BBQ bash, and serve up some truly unique cocktails. You know that intoxicating scent surrounding a fully loaded meat smoker? Well, now you can have that in a glass! Never has brisket paired so well with a cocktail, so you might want to make extra “garnishes.” I guarantee they be devoured along with every sip.

Nice To Meat You

Course Cocktails

Equipment

  • Strainer
  • Brûlée Torch

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Kurvball Flavored Whiskey / Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz Brisket Washed Bourbon
  • .5 oz Bell Pepper Juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 2 drops Saline Solution
  • Thyme Sprig for garnish
  • 1 cube Brûléed Brisket for garnish
  • Cocktail Smoke optional
  • Smoked Salt Rim optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail mixing glass with filled ice and stir until well chilled.
  • Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, or a large cube.
  • Carefully torch the thyme to release the oils before placing in the glass.
  • Skewer the brisket piece and roll it in brown sugar, then brûlée/torch it.
  • Optional: Smoke the cocktail, or rim the glass with smoked salt.

Brisket Washed Bourbon

Course Syrups and Garnishes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Fully Smoked Brisket
  • 12 oz Bourbon

Instructions
 

  • Place smoked brisket and bourbon in an airtight container
  • Let rest in the refrigerator for 24 hours
  • Strain through a paper coffee filter into an airtight container
  • Store in refrigerator

Bell Pepper Juice

Course Syrups and Garnishes

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Strainer Fine mesh

Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole Bell Pepper
  • .5 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Remove stem and seeds from bell pepper and cut into large pieces.
  • Place bell pepper pieces and water in a blender, blend till smooth.
  • Fine mesh strain into an airtight container.
  • Store in refrigerator.

Saline Solution

Course Syrups and Garnishes

Ingredients
  

  • .25 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Water

Instructions
 

  • Mix well until salt is dissolved
  • Make batch as large as needed
  • Store in a labeled container
