Ingredients

ear, large
Fresh Roasted Corn, in husk
1
cup
Water
Instructions
Set oven to 350 degrees
Place whole ear of corn, with husk intact on the center rack
Roast for 30 minutes
Remove from oven and let rest until cool enough to handle
Peel off husk and silk, then cut off all of all of the kernels
Place corn kernels and water in a blender, and blend till smooth
Fine mesh strain into an airtight container

Feel free to roast your corn on the BBQ, or buy frozen roasted corn kernels if available at your local grocer.
